Whether after my master's degree, when I became director of after-sales service for a major Canadian builder, during which time I managed interventions and a volume of data concerning more than 5,000 residential units. Or later, during my doctoral studies at the Faculty of Planning at the University of Montreal, when I directed the international promotion of CIBAT-Canada (International Building Center), I already noticed that building well begins with knowing how to read the plans of the architect who was able to meet the expectations of his client when he designed the project that corresponds to his lifestyle.​
