A house at the bottom of a valley with very low ceilings, old-fashioned windows and totally inadequate interior divisions initially represented obstacles to the realization of a living environment that required a radiant floor, centralized air conditioning via the ceiling and a modern open space, and therefore at the same time bright, spacious and thermally comfortable in summer and winter.
